Grilled Steak With Garlic Chive Butter

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 steaks (use your favorite cut)
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
salt
pepper

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat grill on high heat.
2. In a small bowl mix butter, minced garlic and chives. Set aside.
3. Sprinkle both sides of each steak with salt and pepper.
4. Grill steaks 4 to 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. When done, top steaks with garlic butter, and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
