Slow cooked chicken potaotoes and spinach

(forgive me forgot to take a photo, but trust me it was soooo good)

2 cups chicken broth
4 Pieces chicken bone and skin on
7 white finger potatoes cubed (or 2 large potatoes)
1 medium white onion halved and quartered
2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tbsp poultry grill seasoning
1 Pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper

Place all ingredients in crock pot/slow cooker on low for 8 hours. Serve over white rice with soy sauce.

did you cook the spinach for 8 hours or throw it in at the end?

Nope I let the spinach cook the whole time and it tuned out good.
