INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 cups water
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pan or use paper liners.
2. Mix sugar, oil, eggs. Add pumpkin and water. In separate bowl mix together the baking flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt. Add wet mixture and stir in chocolate chips.
3. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
NOTE: This made a tray of full sized muffins and a tray of mini muffins.

Yummm, that is one option for that giant bag of chocolate chips I bought at Costco last week. I am sooo making these! Thanks!
