Sandwich sushi

This week I finally decided to try out sandwich sushi. I saw a picture online and was so bored with Brandons lunches I figured why not. My first round I just did bread meat and cheese. Brandon doesn't like mayo so I couldn't use that. I used deli sliced white american cheese and turkey so it would roll up easier. Brandon came in and tasted it and said, "how about cream cheese," so the second time around I added some softened cream cheese. I for sure recommend using very fresh bread on this or it will crack when you roll it up. Brandon gave it two tiny thumbs up!
