INGREDIENTS
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups flaked coconut
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Mix and press into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
3. Top graham cracker crust with coconut flakes then pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the coconut. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the top with the chocolate chips and bake 2 minutes just to allow the chocolate to melt. Spread the chocolate evenly over the top. Allow to fully cool before cutting into squares and serving.

That looks amazingly yummy! Was it easy to serve out of the pan? It looks like it may break apart really easily.
Do you know Coconut is like my fav. You can bring one of them by any time and I will taste test them for you.
Digital Memory sure is becoming cheaper these days. I'm curious as to when we will finally hit the rate of $0.01 to 1 Gig.
I'm eagerly anticipating the day when I will finally be able to afford a 20 TB drive, hahaha. But for now I guess I will be content with having a 16 gigabyte Micro SD Card in my R4i.

These look exceptionally delicious! I could throw down a few with a glass of milk. Cheers!
